Melissa Hodge, Treatment Coordinator

Melissa is an Alabama native - "Roll Tide"!  Melissa's  experience is in early childhood education and she previously worked at Colonial Baptist Church.  She has lived in Cary for 10 years and has two children.  Her hobbies are watching her children play soccer, spending time with friends and family, and spending time at the beach.

Susie Johnson, Scheduling Coordinator

Susie has been with Dr. Bo since February of 2010. She has been in the orthodontic field for four years. She and her husband have lived in the Cary area for over 20 years and have three grown children. In her spare time she enjoys home decorating, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Lacie Oakley, Financial Coordinator

Lacie is an Iowa native and began working at Bovenizer Orthodontics in July 2009. She previously worked in orthodontics for four years in Greenville, NC. Lacie and her husband love the mountains and their big goofy dog, Bruno. Lacie takes care of all of the patient financials and insurance, and will be glad to assist you with any of your questions regarding these.

Barbara Wrenn, Practice Coordinator

Barbara is a Raleigh native and came to work for Dr. Bo in August 2007. She has experience in both the medical and dental fields, including seven years in orthodontics. Barbara is married and has three daughters and two precious granddaughters. She enjoys cooking, spending time together with family and friends, taking long walks with her husband and their two dogs, and going to the beach.

Donna Rainey, Observation Treatment Coordinator

Donna has called North Carolina home for the past 12 years, since relocating from upstate New York. She brings 15 years of dental experience, including 12 years of orthodontics to the practice. Donna and her husband have two teenage boys and a bichon named Roxi. She enjoys spending time at the beach and boating. Donna is our Observation Treatment Coordinator, she will be happy to assist you and your child while planning for treatment at Dr Bo's.

Debbie Belaire

Dental Assistant

Debbie has been with Dr. Bo since May 2010.  She brings over 20 years of dental experience to the practice.  Debbie relocated here 10 years ago from Canada with her husband and four children.  In her spare time, she enjoys walks with her husband and two dogs, Molly and Jack, as well as antiquing, home decorating, and entertaining family and friends.  She always enjoys seeing and catching up with all of the patients at Dr. Bo's!

Deetsy Ellis

Dental Assistant

Deetsy joined Dr. Bo’s office in September 2007 as a certified dental assistant. She has enjoyed getting back into the dental field after being a stay at home mom. She has thirteen years of dental experience. Deetsy has a daughter who is in college at UNC and a son who is a local chef.

Ellyn Flagg

Dental Assistant

Ellyn moved from the Atlanta area where she lived for seven years and joined Dr. Bo in March of 2010. Ellyn considers Raleigh home having previously lived here for 15 years. Ellyn has been in the orthodontic field for twelve years and has experience in all aspects of it. In her spare time she enjoys time with friends and family, cooking, backpacking, and more recently has taken interest in sailing thanks to her best friend.

Heidi Huff

Dental Assistant

Heidi is our newest assistant.  She joined our team in February, 2011.  Heidi and her family have considered Raleigh home for the past 13 years.  Heidi graduated from ECU with a degree in marketing and has 5 years of ortho experience.  She has a wonderful husband of 22 years, 3 dogs, and a cat.  She enjoys boating, dogs, the beach, and spending time with her family.  Heidi is very happy to be back working in the world of orthodontics with Dr. Bo and his great staff.

Ron Villamor

Dental Assistant

Ron joined Dr. Bo in January, 2011.  He has 17 years of experience in the dental field.  Ron is from the Philippines and now lives in Durham with his wife Myra and their 3 kids.  He enjoys the outdoors, sports, loves mountain biking with friends, and spending time with family.
