How are Damon Braces different?

How long does orthodontic treatment take with Damon Braces?

When we first meet, we will determine how much time we believe it will take to straighten your teeth and create a smile you will be happy with for a lifetime.  With the Damon System, we have found treatment time is typically much faster than with conventional braces.

I have heard that my teeth will hurt after tightening?

The nice thing about Damon Braces is that we do not "tighten" your braces, because Damon Braces uses a  light "shape memory" wire that is changed every  few months. Many people experience very little discomfort. Most people who do experience pressure or pain find an over the counter pain reliever will alleviate most of the discomfort.

I don't want big, ugly, bulky braces?

Damon Braces are much smaller than traditional braces. They do not use rubber bands that make traditional brackets so much more noticeable.

I am an adult, can I still have braces?

Adults can be treated with Damon Braces quickly, easily, and with less discomfort than ever before.

How much do the Damon System Braces cost?

Does insurance cover Damon System treatment?
